The Pre care

The Care
After the consultation, the hair is trimmed if its not done from home. Numbing gel is applied to the area for 30 minutes to help reduce the discomfort. Cold pack can also be used. Protective eyewear are worn by the specialist and you to prevent eye injury from laser. The place is cleaned and treatment started. Depending on the ares to be treated, it can last up to 30-90mins. The area is then cleaned and a thin coat of dressing gel is applied and the next appoint scheduled.
The After Care
Wash the area with a gentle soap and don’t use sponge when bathing. Apply skin moisturiser and sunscreen. Do not apply makeup until the next day. Cold compress can help with the discomfort. Try to avoid the sun as much as possible. If there are issues, reach out to the clinic for prompt response.
Risk
